Information collected from this site is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment or order.
We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy for all services. This is so that we may have ample time to fill the appointment time should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior will result in a charge that is 100% of the cost of the scheduled service(s). “No Shows” are also subject to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service(s).

We do not accept personal checks.

OUR SERVICE GUARANTEE

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at our salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 48 hours. We will be happy to schedule a corrective service within two weeks of your original appointment date. There are no money refunds for any service provided.

RETURN POLICY

Products purchased at the salon or by mail may be returned for store credit within 15 days from the date of purchase, when accompanied by a receipt. Only products that are returned in the same condition as when purchased (including the item itself and packaging) will be accepted for store credit. There are no cash refunds, although a store credit may be applied to either products or services. Note: We do not offer refunds for personal blends products.

GIFT Card POLICY

Use of either the TMK gift card or the TMK Black Card constitutes acceptance of these terms.

  • Gift cards are valid at Tangle Me Knot only for all products and services available.
  • Gift cards are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service.
  • Copies of gift certificates are not acceptable.
  • Please call Tangle Me Knot at 813-641-8100 concerning lost gift cards, at which time the serial number must be provided for reissue.
  • All gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

 

CHILD SAFETY AT THE SALON

OUR CONCERNS ARE FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILDREN

We ask you to consider the fact that sharp implements, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area combine to make any salon a dangerous environment for young children. Imagine now, those tools and chemicals in use above your child’s head. No matter how careful we are, accidents can and do happen.

Only those receiving services may be present in the service areas. Young children in carriers/strollers may not be placed near the service areas or held in the lap. When bringing young children into the salon, please provide supervision for them in the form of a friend, spouse or older child. Older children, capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the seating area. We want the services you receive at Tangle Me Knot Hair Design to be a relaxing, rejuvenating experience for you. To help reduce congestion in the service areas, we ask that friends and family of clients wait comfortably in the seating area.
